Development Plans for 2023-2027
The NCKU expects its campus to become a venue full of imagination. Another key task as NCKU looks forward to its 100th anniversary is that NCKU wishes to enhance high-quality learning contents for the ability to imagine the future, based on solid academic research, promoting urban development and world sustainability. To realize this goal, how the system can be loosened up, how barriers can be broken, how cross-disciplinary learning can be deepened, leading sustainability research excellence and how students can be made to be aware of issues in society during their studies at school and think about how to address the needs and trends in society in the future, is the research results respond to the needs and trends of society, actively participate in solving global issues, and have the courage to undertake the social responsibility of the university. These are what the NCKU needs to do now, and the related measures will be reflected in this mid-term development plan.
